Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. You must notify us by e-mail within five days of receipt, and the item(s) must be returned in good condition within 10 days of receipt, using the same box, padding, bubble wrap, etc. with which the item was shipped (if possible). The cost of return shipping and insurance against loss or damage is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is being returned due to it having arrived in a damaged condition, please notify us within three days of receipt, and return the damaged item to us within 10 days. A replacement will be sent, along with a refund for the shipping cost of returning the damaged item.
The price for ground shipping is noted on the product page. If express shipping is desired, please contact us prior to ordering.
We are currently only shipping within the continental U.S., but hope to be able to extend our delivery cabability in the future. A street address is required for shipping — no post office boxes.
